It can be difficult to find comprehensive, evidence-based support that prepares you for infant feeding. It’s not uncommon for frustrated new parents to visit multiple practitioners looking for the key to successful feeding, only to be told twenty different things — none of which work for their little one! You may be told that your baby has a tongue or lip tie, only to find out later that they don’t (or vice versa). You may be told that nipple pain is inevitable and that you’ll just have to get used to it (thankfully, not true!). You may feel as though the people who are trying to help you aren’t actually listening to you — or that they don’t support your feeding preferences.

Confusing advice, incorrect diagnoses, rushing from one appointment to the next… and all of this on far too little sleep. Is it any wonder that you’re feeling overwhelmed?

I believe that new parents deserve more. More support, more understanding, and better results.
